The rooms are well maintained and the staff provide excellent customer care. Manager Mr Vijay is very professional.

I was initially told that my payment had been processed and I was checked out, but then I received a disturbing phone call demanding that I pay for my stay. The experience left me feeling uneasy and unsure about the hotel's reliability.
