The place was great, with nice breakfast and lunch options, everything was very clean and the people were friendly everywhere. It felt safe and good for a short trip, and it was very close to several central spots, just a 5‑minute walk to transport, making for an overall good stay!

The spot was great, but aside from the staff, nothing else worked. The room was a disaster: a ceiling draped in black plastic bags, a broken mirror, dirty and stained sheets and blankets, peeling wall paint, and a window that wouldn’t close.

The staff were friendly and service was good. Breakfast and dinner were included. The location near Paddington station was great. There wasn’t much variety at breakfast, but the value for the price was still acceptable.
