I had a very uncomfortable stay. The main issue was that the owner lived in the neighboring room, giving the impression we were staying in someone’s home rather than renting a separate room. The privacy we expected was completely missing, and the locks on the bathroom and toilet didn’t work, which is unacceptable when sharing a house with strangers. Additionally, the house key and doorbell locks jammed, so we couldn’t get in or out on several occasions by ourselves.

It was a relief not to stay in a hotel on the day of the shelling; here it’s quiet, the building is large, and there’s a lounge and a kitchen.

The location and hospitality were good. I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.

The price‑to‑quality ratio is poor; I don’t recommend it. The room is in a 30‑year‑old building, the sofa is used as a bed, the well water feels swampy, and it’s very cold.
