The room was very clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed there. It was quietly noisy outside, even though we expected it, so if you need a quiet night’s sleep, think twice!

The location was great, you could walk to many places, a supermarket and train station were also nearby, and the help with online check‑in was top. Shannon helped us very well, and we also got help directly via the on‑site monitor. No windows, but that was known beforehand.

The value for money was very good. If your room faces the quay, you might be disturbed by the noise.

The location, the help from the staff, and the ease of check‑in were all good. Everything was correct.

Great stay in Singapore. Excellent location, clean room with all amenities. Just a little noisy at night as it's located on a busy street. The staff Mary, Shannen, and Mitch were super helpful and always available in person or via WhatsApp
