The location is good, but almost everything is lacking.

I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it: the room was clean, spacious, and the AC worked well; they gave water bottles, shower gels, and a shared kitchen with free water refills; the spot is excellent with many restaurants nearby and close to all Mui Ne attractions; I rode Grab bikes often and got anywhere I needed within 10 minutes; the breakfast spot across the street (Mr. Ben's coffee) was so convenient that I went every morning; the only downside was the many mosquitoes.

Nothing to complain about, 10/10; the interior is fully equipped.
