I loved the central location, with many sites within walking distance, and the room was super comfy with an amazing view; the air conditioning worked great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the building itself was so quiet even though it overlooked the Pantheon. Nothing was wrong.

The location was perfect, and the recent renovation meant everything was brand new with nice details; double‑pane windows kept the noise out even right on the crowded piazza, and the air conditioner and shower were great. I really liked it, but you should know that you have to walk up old slanted stairs before reaching the elevator—no problem, since they warn you beforehand and have people who help with bags.

I loved the location, but the first set of stairs were quite high and we had to carry our luggage up.
