“Beautiful view for sure and room are spacious and pretty design but facilities are 2 stars”

The view was spectacular, the beach clean and beautiful, and the design was cute—overall a great one‑time experience. However, the steps were far steeper than expected and left me immobile for a while. They mentioned a doorbell to signal for help, but I couldn’t locate it, making it hard and dangerous to move up and down. There was no toothbrush or beach towel, the pool was small and not ready, and the shower drain was poor, causing almost an overflow. The water was hotter than elsewhere, and the limited dining areas forced us to eat lunch at the reception table because other spots were too hot at that time. The AC didn’t work well, and there was no proper restaurant on site, though you could walk to nearby hotels for lunch. Still, it was a memorable one‑time experience.

“Absolutely gorgeous stay, wish we stayed for longer ❤️”

The location and views were spectacular; every staff member was welcoming, the food and drinks were delightful, and Padang Padang beach was just a short walk away. The only hiccup was the monkeys trying to snatch your breakfast 🤣, but that’s part of the charm.

We really liked the hotel! The ocean view was breathtaking, the room was beautiful (we booked the slightly pricier one with an en‑suite bathroom), and the terrace was a separate pleasure. The hotel grounds were also very pretty and well maintained, and the overall vibe was incredible. We spent two days there and were very satisfied. On the second day, both mobile reception and Wi‑Fi disappeared, so we had to go into town to find internet, which was a shame to lose that time. Monkeys arrived, which we were warned about during check‑in; we were lucky they weren’t there on the first day and spent all our time on the terrace. The staff were very attentive, helped keep the monkeys away, and truly tried to make us comfortable. Overall, the impressions of the hotel were very pleasant.

The views were stunning—sleeping to the ocean’s sound is a treat. Breakfast was good, and they let me stay on the property after check‑out to use the facilities, which was great since I had a late flight. The stairs were horrible lol, but the staff helped with luggage, which was a plus.
