nothing. everything, , it is very strange that standard rooms are without window and m2 of room are more smaller than the stated in explanations. Staff were like a goofy ducks. Reception people were speaking with a loud sound like a there is big struggle. Smell in the hotel was explaining how the cleaning of this hotel

Struttura nuova , pulita , bella doccia , camera accogliente. Ristorante buono. Ci sono un po’ di rumori dovuti a dei lavori che si protraggono anche fino alle 22. Magari sarebbe bene farli finire un po’ prima

Il gestore ci ha dato un upgrade gratuito (stanza con balcone), zona tranquilla (almeno di notte). Buona colazione. L'aspiratore del bagno si poteva spegnere solo togliendo corrente a tutta la stanza

Staff was very supportive and they ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and seamless. Special thanks to Ms Archana who is very supportive and so kind towards the guest.
