The staff at reception were amazing - I think their names were Mihin and Thiri, and they were super friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness was spot‑on, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and the location was perfect.

The room atmosphere was not good and it didn’t feel worth that money; overall the ambience was not good.
The room was very nice and the staff’s daily cleaning was appreciated, plus the reception offered excellent service. However, every time we arrived late, the staff kept asking which room we were in, the visitor’s name, and other details, even though they had never met us before. Both reception and security refused to let visitors into the room for any emergency or important purpose.
