N3 Zainul Arifin Hotel

I booked two rooms for a 3-night stay, but unfortunately, we only lasted 5 minutes before deciding it was the worst experience of our trip. The beds were filthy, and the air was thick with a musty smell. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was leaking water, and the bathrooms in both rooms were infested with mold and had gaping holes in the ceiling. The photos of the Deluxe rooms we booked bore no resemblance to the actual state of the rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location, but unfortunately, it fell short in other areas. The room had noticeable water stains on the ceiling and walls, and when I requested a room clean-up, they only tidied up the space without changing the bed sheets. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach my room, and there was no coffee machine in the room, forcing me to request water as well.

I stayed at a budget hotel that met my expectations in terms of facilities, but it was an old hotel that showed its age. Everything was functional, but it lacked the charm and modern amenities that I've come to expect from hotels.
