“I’ll definitely return. This was our second stay.”
The location and the hotel staff were good, but there was a crack in the window and the carpet was damp.

The rooms were comfy and easy to get around in, but I’d have preferred the pool outside instead of indoors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities stayed clean and comfortable, and the indoor pool and spa were a nice way to unwind after a long journey.

There were no noisy gadgets, yet I couldn’t get help once and never received the item I needed.
