I was impressed by the receptionist Gonay, who was a wonderful guy and helped us a lot; the location was perfect and the hotel was very quiet. We had booked the wrong room, but Gonay fixed that too, so overall I recommend it.

The location, breakfast, and staff friendliness were all excellent; the price is reasonable for what you get.

The spot was perfect and the rooftop terrace let us watch the hot‑air balloons take off while the staff were pleasant, but the room was far too small for three people, offering no storage and no space to leave a suitcase open, which was inconvenient.
