“Rahat ve güzel bir konaklamaydı.”

The hotel is a 10‑minute walk from the city centre and 15 minutes from the terminal. We stayed two nights; our room was cleaned and the water was refilled. The room was adequate in size, and the price‑performance ratio was decent. We were in the first week of the staff’s tenure; at night the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and we couldn’t change the manual settings, but the duvet in the room was sufficient. The shower was half‑closed with glass, which unfortunately caused water to leak outside; we tried to block it but it didn’t help much. I also expected that taxes were included in the payment, but a city tax was requested at check‑in.

“Mizerabil”

Nothing to mention positively. The hotel is not even worth two stars despite claiming to be four; the room was very small, dirty, lacked a wardrobe, was on the first floor near a busy street, the window didn’t seal properly (poor sash quality), so street noise was audible, curtains were detached letting in light, walls were dirty and scratched, neighboring rooms could be heard, hair was found on the floor, sink, and shower, there were cobwebs on the walls, the toilet lid blocked the flush button, the bathroom glass was dirty, and overall it felt so filthy that I was afraid to touch anything in the room or bathroom. A disgraceful hotel I would never return to, even if I had paid.

“Bonito hotel pero OJO con la habitacion 120”

The location and the room on the third night were fine, but the room on the second night and the coffee machine in the dining area were disappointing.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, but the bar shuts down early and never opens again after dark.
