“Not Safisfied at all, the price is not matching with the accomodation and facilities”
I recently stayed at a hotel that had its fair share of issues. On the bright side, the hotel itself was quite pleasant, but the real letdown was the customer service. When I arrived with a group of 14 adults, I was told that they only had accommodations for 12 people, despite my booking clearly stating 14. The staff claimed it was an error on their system, but it took a lot of persistence on my part to get them to resolve the issue.
