Everything was amazing, and the check‑in process was the best; the service was excellent at all times. All is very good.

The location is excellent, right next to Plaza de España, and almost all sights are within walking distance. The hotel cleans daily, provides slippers, water, towels, shower gel, and small biscuits (but no toothpaste or toothbrush). It also contacts guests via WeChat, which is very friendly for Chinese travelers.

The host was quick to help when the air conditioning broke and he swapped rooms immediately, but the AC still had issues and the room Wi‑Fi was pretty weak.
