I had a great stay at this hotel; Tabish was accommodating and met all my needs, breakfast was excellent, the restaurant staff were superb, and housekeeping under Umesh was exceptionally good—he refilled my bottled water and coffee sachets. The receptionist, however, was receptive but lacked a welcoming aura, with the young female staff giving no smiles, just a blank face.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot within walking distance of Andheri station, and the place is quiet and pleasant; the staff are extremely polite and helpful.

Everything was perfect, and there were no issues at all.

The location and amenities were good, but in the podroom the bathroom was larger than the living area.
