The front desk team was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help, which made the stay pleasant. Unfortunately the room itself felt pretty tight, leaving little space to move around.

Staff were attentive and quick to respond whenever I needed something. The downside was the hotel's location – it was a bit out of the way and the price didn’t really match the convenience.

The staff were kind enough to assist us, even though none of them spoke English and we relied on translation apps. My room, however, was a disappointment: the noisy air‑conditioner rattled all night, a lingering smoke smell lingered despite the non‑smoking label, the wardrobe door jammed against the entrance door, and the main door never latched automatically, so I had to double‑check it during breakfast. For the price I expected a much more comfortable space.

“I would recommend other guests to stay in ATour. Very decent hotel with no frills”

Breakfast offered a solid variety of dishes and the nearby Wanda Plaza was a pleasant walk away for shopping. The only letdown was the absence of a small fridge in the room, making it hard to keep drinks cold.

The staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself felt tired – the bathroom door was swollen and wouldn’t close properly, and the thin walls let in a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.
