The spot was super quiet, the pool was a huge plus, and the staff were polite and the place was spotless. It felt more like staying in a guest house than a hotel.

Compared to the traffic and bustle of Yerevan, this place feels like a different world! The service is very basic—there’s no breakfast, bar, or kitchen, but there’s a basement lounge with tables, hot water, and instant coffee/tea. The pool is great. On the weekend a guy who only spoke Armenian was on duty, but the other staff member who handles emails speaks Russian and English fluently! In our case he let us keep the room until the evening without asking anything because we had a late flight. It’s a bit out of town, so expect a good half‑hour drive to the city center, unless traffic is extreme, then it could take longer.

Gamlet was a real gem—always ready to help and give good advice. He made the whole stay feel easy. No complaints, just great service.
