The hotel is clean and the front desk team is friendly, and it’s close to the Haram—just a 15–20 Riyal taxi ride. The downside is the restaurants are about a fifteen‑minute walk away. The elevator is narrow and slow, so you might miss your bus; give yourself 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus drivers seem to need retaking their driving tests—they almost caused accidents more than once. There’s no housekeeping service beyond the initial clean on check‑in, and no hospitality service at all.
