I was surprised to find myself having to bring my own toilet paper and towel, and the room key wouldn't work, so I couldn't lock the room. The bathroom felt like a private domain for a few other guests, but the price was good.

The kitchen facilities and rooms were nice, and the TV lounge, pool, darts, and TV area were all great. The countryside location was peaceful and the parking situation was excellent.

The surroundings are beautiful and the house sits on a lovely spot. However, there was no TV reception or internet, and only one shared shower.

The new layout with a kitchen and living area is good, but the entrance was cluttered with junk and tools, and the hallway was covered in shoes. The kitchen was messy with dishes and an electric grill on the dining table, plus a kettle stacked on top of an Airfryer 😳
