“Central placering, middelmådig lejlighed”

Central location is great, but the place feels too far from nightlife, the curtains are thin and awful, we had to share a duvet for two, there’s constant noise from the cistern, the bathroom and room lack knobs, and it feels pricey for the level of comfort offered.

The pension is close to the Gugenheim museum and you can manage everything online even though there’s no staff on site. The bathroom door of the shared toilet room doesn’t lock from the inside, so I had to shower knowing someone else could walk in at any moment.

“We loved staying here”

The staff welcomed us kindly and the location is excellent. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the quality justifies the price.

Nothing positive. I was cheated; they kept my money and never gave me the codes to enter the room.

The bed was comfortable. The room had a shared bathroom and no information was provided about this. Check‑out was at 11 and we weren’t warned. The shower handle wouldn’t stay in place, we only received a towel, the plugs barely worked and my phone didn’t charge. There was no duvet or blanket, so I felt cold that night.
