The room was clean. We didn’t have hot water in the room for the two days.

Great location, big room. Cleaning was lacking.

The spot was convenient for moving around, but the only downside was the constant ringing of the bell at 12 am and 1 am, which woke me up.

They swapped the hotel at the last minute, claiming a better place, yet the new room had broken items, was poorly cleaned, the floor was sticky, and the bathroom was only acceptable.
