“Amazing hotel with excellent food in an equally amazing location.”
The view from the window was amazing—my son joked it felt like we were on Mars. Both dinner and breakfast were tasty, and the hotel itself was stylish. The only downside was that the windows couldn’t be opened, so it got hot and stuffy at night, especially with the thick blankets.

After an eight‑hour drive from Pokhara, arriving at Xanadu Homes felt great; everyone there was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and evening meals served on site were of good quality. No issues to mention.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was calm, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and hospitable. A special thanks to the team for preparing delicious vegan meals to our request; their attention to detail made our visit even better. Highly recommended!
The place was outstanding in every way: welcoming and spotless. A special shout‑out to the kitchen—ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. Great job.

The property sits in the city centre and is new; the café and shop are decent. However, the staff were rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for guests. When asked about the bill, they either avoided the question or claimed they had no information, and they added extra charges that weren’t listed. The experience with the staff was very bad.
