The place was clean and the hospitality huge, especially thanks to Sister Precious who was with us all the time. She was wonderful. They swapped the rooms we had booked, which was unfair, but in the end they explained it to us.

The staff service was outstanding; the lady was kind and helpful. The only downside was that there was a single gate remote, so every time we needed to leave we had to wait for staff to open it, which was quite annoying.

Everything was perfect and the lady Precious who welcomed us was very friendly. I wish every key had a gate remote to make it easier for guests.
