The Two‑Bedroom Suite opens onto a patio that looks over the garden and inner courtyard. It includes air conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, a flat‑screen TV, a minibar, a tea/coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, a desk, a seating area with outdoor furniture, and is entirely wheelchair accessible; the suite sleeps six guests with four beds and one crib available. The private bathroom features a shower, an additional toilet, a bidet, towels, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a safety deposit box.

A tiny place just a few minutes by car from Como’s center; our room was basically a small apartment with an entrance, a Livigno kitchen, two rooms, and a bathroom. The breakfast was plenty.
“Teleurgesteld in ons verblijf!”
The receptionist was friendly, but we overpaid for a lifeless box. The photos show a bright, cozy room, yet in reality all the windows are shut and it feels like a basement. When you open the windows you look out onto a construction site both front and back. This has been the case for years, according to older reviews. I’m skipping the rest of the complaints.

A lovely hotel, newly built in a very quiet spot. Spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was generous and varied. Great value for money. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that made me underestimate the place was the covered parking under the building’s rooms. Unfortunately, the air‑conditioner was positioned so that all the air blew onto the bed, making it unusable because it was so irritating. Also, the bathroom was clean but the metal fixtures were rusty from water leaks, and the shower box leaked. I’d suggest the hotel get a new plumber.
The peace was great. If you’re not driving, you won’t even think about it.

The only road to the hotel is an unpaved, pothole‑riddled lane, and the building is surrounded by two unfinished structures, so from the window or the terrace you just see construction sites. There is no lift, so we had to lug all our luggage up narrow stairs. Breakfast was very basic, offering a small selection of cold cuts, cheese, a few toasted rolls and tasty croissants. We booked a room for two adults and two children; the room had a double bed and a single bed that we combined into a family bed, which was fine for our two‑night stay.
