The staff was amazing—cheerful and supportive.

The staff were excellent, very willing to help in every way. The location is great, with many restaurants and transport options. The breakfast was very good. The only issue was that the third bed was uncomfortable, its mattress was bad and we didn’t sleep well.

Only a 2‑minute walk from Termini station, this hotel offers all the comforts and a good value. The room was clean and welcoming, the bathroom spotless with a complimentary set, and breakfast was well provided. The only downside was it was a bit noisy because of the station nearby.
