I found the place spotless and well kept, and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and helpful.

The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

The room was clean and the location was convenient, but I was supposed to get a king bed and instead I received two double beds.

The hotel was comfortable and well located; the cook, señora Cande, was very kind and helpful along with her assistants. However, there was a misunderstanding: my card was charged $620 and my mother’s card was charged $425, even though I only wanted to extend one more day and the correct charge should have been $163; they promised a refund but I’m still waiting. On our last night we found a tick in the bed, which they said was due to the season and many bugs, but that was unacceptable.

“Good, clean and comfortable”

Breakfast was good, but the bathroom needs proper exhaust fans—code requires 100% exhaust.
