Alp Pasa Gazetta - Special Class

The old town itself and the location were fine. The room was really bad and uncomfortable, dirty, with a broken shower that barely produced water from the spray. The mattress was sagging, there were insects in the shower, and there was a foul smell from the drain and sink. The breakfast area looked very unappetizing, the price didn’t match the quality, and the hotel feels old.

“Bien mais décevant pour un 4 étoiles”

The location is in the heart of the old town; the buildings and rooms are beautiful, and housekeeping cleans daily. However, the Wi‑Fi is non‑existent in our building (Gazetta), the breakfast is mediocre (lots of salty items, little sweet, no pastries, no toaster, and the coffee machine works only half the time). In my room next to the sink, there was no hook for the hand towel, the shower water took a long time to heat up and had low pressure. The pool is very small, and the other pool isn’t much bigger.

The hotel sits in a great spot, offers free parking, an amazing breakfast, and a nice pool, but the city noise is still noticeable and the bathroom feels cramped.

Alp Pasa is a unique building and hotel; its history surrounds you while the modern facilities and tasty dishes at Riviera Restaurant are superb, and its central position in the old town makes exploring nearby alleys effortless.
