The room did not match the photos at all; the walls were filthy, the towels were stained, and we even found cockroaches in the bathroom. When we reported the dirty towels and the leaking sink, the staff was very helpful and fixed both issues immediately (though the replacement towels were still dirty). However, when we sent a photo of the cockroaches, we received no reply. We appreciated the staff’s initial responsiveness, but having a room in such a condition, especially in terms of cleanliness, is completely unacceptable.

“Un bellissimo soggiorno”

The location was super central, just minutes to everywhere, the staff were super helpful and friendly (we had a Wi‑Fi issue and they fixed it right away), and the property was clean and welcoming. Even though breakfast wasn’t included every morning, they still brought us a great breakfast, and I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks a lot for everything.

“Entusiasmante tra cultura e cibo”

Breakfast was offered by the managers from 9 am onwards; we left earlier but one day we took advantage of it. The location was excellent, the front door faced Plaza de Reina (city center), and there was a luggage storage. The space for storing luggage was small, so I had to put it under the bed.
