I liked the hotel’s location and the ability to check in after 8 pm, which is very convenient. The price was also reasonable and suited a modest budget. I was quite disappointed with my stay: no breakfast was offered, not even a capsule for making coffee, even though the listing said breakfast was included for Genius members. Moreover, the shower cabin was very narrow, making movement difficult and uncomfortable. Finally, I found cardboard boxes and plastic packaging under the bed. This lack of cleaning is truly regrettable and gives a sense of unprofessionalism. Considering these points, the service was not up to what was advertised.
