The location is good, but the rooms were not 100 % clean.

The guests received good, prompt service and the reception responded quickly and adequately.
The hotel sits in a quiet spot right in the middle of the city.
The staff were almost unreachable by phone and took a long time to reply; the employee spoke very poor German and couldn’t help me with my date‑change problem.

The location was easy to reach from the city center, but the reception staff were unpleasant. Guests in the adjacent room were shouting and laughing loudly, and because of the noise from another room, someone slammed our door while my wife and I were sleeping. We told the front‑desk staff about the situation, and they warned the people next to us. It was really annoying to have someone slam your door while you’re trying to sleep. Also, the room was very hot and they only put a small fan in it; we were burning from the heat. The building’s front was noisy, and we couldn’t open the window. The train noise was constantly disturbing us.
