“Beautiful property and fabulous host”

The spot is gorgeous, the décor is tasteful, and Manola was a warm, helpful host who offered plenty of advice. The only downside was the weak Wi‑Fi, but that didn’t bother me since I wasn’t relying on the internet.

“Podere Poggio al Sole was the peaceful retreat our souls needed”

Podere Poggio al Sole turned out to be the quiet refuge we were after in Tuscany, and Manola welcomed us with genuine kindness. We fell in love with the property and the surrounding area almost instantly, enough to start joking about moving there. The estate is just a short drive from Montepulciano’s city centre, and walking through the Tuscan countryside from the property is a breeze. The bed could have been cozier, but we were so pleased to be there that it didn’t matter.

Wat een prachtige locatie en wat een fijn verblijf hebben wij gehad. De kamers en het zwembad waren prachtig en de host (en vriendin die ons ontvangen heeft) was erg hartelijk en lief!! Wij komen zeker terug!.

“it was a quiet sort of luxury wonderful to be around all the birds and bees”

Absolutely gorgeous stay at Podere Poggio al Sole; the owner and staff were the most accommodating, especially when we had delays on the drive. We were greeted with cheeses and wine, making the arrival the warmest part of the visit. The place itself was a great escape with breathtaking views and a large, well‑maintained pool. Our room, which had a kitchen, was perfect for cooking and included everything you could think of. 10/10, would visit again.

“Boek deze Toscaanse droomplek !!”

Je moet even zoeken naar de locatie maar dan stap je echt een droom in. Super mooi huis en een uitzicht waar je u tegen zegt !! We werden heel vriendelijk welkom geheten en kregen bij aankomst een heerlijk glas wijn, flesje water en een lekker klein hapje. In ons verblijf was alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. incl airco. Er ligt op de kamer een blaadje met heel veel tips om naar toe te gaan, stadjes, restaurantjes enz. Daarnaast heeft de super lieve Manola nog heel veel tips voor in de omgeving. Dus twijfel niet. gewoon boeken !! Ps. vraag naar Manola haar eigen olijfolie. Die is echt heerlijk !!. Helemaal niets !!
