I arrived to find no front desk at all. The room lacked the amenities that were listed, and nobody could speak English after I told them I wasn’t staying. They even threatened to call the police and tried to charge me half the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The owner wasn’t there when we got there. On our second night we were told the hotel was full and they sent us to another property. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. The showers were hard to adjust and the equipment felt old.

The owner met us at the door and said the place was already booked, offering another property of theirs. That replacement was a nightmare, far below what Casa Montaña promised. We only accepted because we feared a booking hold. It was a terrible experience and the owner was irresponsible.

This place is fantastic – everything was spot on and the vibe was great. The location is perfect and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid stay. No complaints from my side.

Getting in was a breeze – key codes, no lines, and the place was comfy. The only downside was the hot water tank ran dry fast, so showers were short. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the water issue was annoying.
