The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the owners were genuinely warm and courteous; upon arrival they had already arranged a tuk‑tuk driver who, even though we arrived late in the afternoon, managed to show us all the main sights of Kandy that day at a great price.

This homestay ranks among the best we’ve experienced in Sri Lanka; the room was immaculate, hot water was available, and the hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, truly looking after us. It is a bit far from the center, but we knew that beforehand and having our own tuk‑tuk made it no issue.
