The location is great and the staff are lovely, but the shower above the bath turned out to be a walk‑in shower, which was a problem for me because I’m disabled; my brother had stayed here before and thought it was a walk‑in shower. The bathroom looks very tired.

In walking distance to the CBD and also to Auckland University. The bathroom was adequate

The bed was comfortable, and I asked for a high floor and was given one. The bathroom was quite small, but it’s fine for one person.
