I appreciated the staff’s behavior, the hospitality and management were excellent, and the amenities were good; the best part was that the property was budget friendly. I was initially confused about how to get there, so I described it as a massage, hoping there might be clearer route information or guidelines.

The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions I had. However, my stay wasn't perfect - the room and balcony could have used a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. I found a few dust bunnies here and there, and the balcony was a bit grimy, which was a shame because the view was otherwise lovely.

The hotel's location is its best feature, but unfortunately, it's not enough to make up for the subpar service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping with any issues, and I had to ask multiple times for basic things like towels and toilet paper. To make matters worse, there was no hot water for the entire duration of my stay, and the room wasn't cleaned once during my four-night stay.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's tucked away in a quiet spot, but still within walking distance to some of the area's top attractions, including the stunning Buddha statue and several other temples. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. However, there was one major issue: the hot water wasn't working, which made showering a bit of a challenge.
