“The people who work here are very mean to the customers”
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel environment, but I was left feeling frustrated when I discovered that they didn't provide a toothbrush, forcing me to make an extra trip to the nearby gas station to purchase one.

I have to say that everyone at this hotel is amazing! The staff's friendliness and helpfulness made our stay truly enjoyable. Although I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made a lasting impression on me.

I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience.
