Boulevard Palace

I took a room with a beautiful bathroom that opens onto the apartment, a large hall, a second floor with another hall and a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony overlooking the street, a small garden, a pool, and an outdoor lounge that is the best thing, God truly, the service. I thank Brother Abdullah for his service and manners; any need can be sent via WhatsApp and he will attend you.

The stay was very good! We were warmly welcomed and especially appreciated the friendliness, availability, and understanding of our contact person, who was always listening and answered our requests professionally. Thank you for the welcome, we happily recommend this establishment.

“Should not be listed as a hotel.”

The place isn’t a hotel at all, it feels sketchy and I can’t understand how it got a 4‑star rating. The opening was spooky—no banners or logos outside, like walking into someone’s house, and we weren’t relieved until we saw other tenants. The towels had the FT logo, which is Fitness Time, a Saudi gym. The bathroom had a used bottle and cheap shampoo. The rug in the room was filthy, and housekeeping is just a maid; it shouldn’t be listed as a hotel, yet it claims 4 stars—unbelievable. It was by far the worst stay of all my travels.

“تجربه سيئه”

I was really disappointed; the shared area was a mess, I tried to cancel because my family couldn’t stay there and that’s their right, but when I got to the “insect‑treated” suite the chemical smell was suffocating and everyone started coughing, so I only managed half an hour before I packed up and left, exhausted from traveling and arriving at 9 am only to hunt for a place in the middle of the night because the smell was unbearable. After a negotiation, they told me they would deduct one night, which I only learned through the booking site, and the whole experience was disgusting—I wouldn’t recommend it at all, and I even heard my wife complaining about the breathing problems it caused.

“من اجمل اقاماتي في مصر وفي زايد خاصه .. راح ارجع بإذن الله للمكان يستاهل والراحه النفسيه فيه هي اللي حببتني بزياده 🤍🌹”

I didn’t usually write reviews, but the hospitality of Mr. Abdullah and everyone else made me feel at home, so I’m sharing my thoughts. I highly recommend staying here if you want that sense of belonging and family warmth.
