The room wasn’t vacuumed; luckily during a check they noticed and fixed the cleaning, but it was the last day.

“Bom lugar para se hospedar em Amsterdam”

The staff were friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the location great. Daily room cleaning was very superficial, and the pillows were terrible.

“Good location nice room and building. Good staff. Supplies of all sorts”

The bed and pillows were very poor. The hotel was crowded because of the Olympic rowing. Breakfast was very ordinary and tasted like stale food. The bed and pillows should be replaced; the duvet was heavy.

A nice hotel, very good pre‑stay communication via the app. The rooms were pleasant, the view was beautiful, and from there public transport to the city center was good. Nothing else.

“Nice stay for couple of days in Amsterdam”

The rooms were roomy, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant offered lovely canal views, so everything was great.
