“Grata surpresa”
Peacefulness and friendliness.
“Avaliação sobre a hospedagem (positiva)”
The reception staff and manager Carlos were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable. Nova Prata is a very calm town and everyone was very friendly. No complaints.
The hotel feels modern and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is superb and the shower is pleasantly warm. The only downside is the nighttime noise from the nearby gas station.
“Ótima experiência!”
Service and accommodation were good, but the street noise was annoying.
Excellent service, no issues.
