The welcome at both check‑in and check‑out was solid, the building was well kept and quiet, and the front‑office staff’s kindness deserves a shout‑out; they also gave me great tips. Great job – I’ll come back. Nothing to add.

The location was fine, but unfortunately my room was at 26 °C and when I asked for air‑conditioning they said it wasn’t possible; I pointed out that rooms usually stay between 21‑23 °C, not 26.
