The bed, washroom, cleanliness, and quality were all good.

I missed the phone charger and the reception said they would send it back to me; it has been more than a month and nothing has been sent, so if they can’t do it, they shouldn’t promise it.

The room was clean and tidy and the corridor was bright. If you leave the lights on at night the glare makes it uncomfortable for your eyes.

Everything was fine so far, but there was no lift, which was a problem for my parents who use a wheelchair; luckily the room was on the ground floor so they didn’t have to use stairs.
