“Horrible experience”
They had bedbugs, and when I reported it, a lady came in and took pictures and videos, but the manager claimed we must have brought them along because we were traveling, which was a lie.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a bag of cotton balls with no back support at all. Combined with the mattress quality and highway noise, the night was terrible.

The staff were amazing. Dustin, the maintenance guy, deserves a raise – he went above and beyond to get the washing machine fixed. The facility is top‑tier and exceptionally clean. Great job. No complaints.
