The spot was great, about a 20‑minute walk from the small town, strolling comfortably along the water, but cleanliness could improve in a few corners, and our room had a strong old cold smoke smell.

Angenehm ruhige Lage; fußläufig nach Piran und auch Wanderrouten vor Ort; Parkplatzmöglichkeit, Blick aufs Meer und kleiner Balkon, Außenbereich optisch ansprechend, gutes Frühstück, allgemein sauber; waren im Oktober da und kommen gerne wieder. kein bzw. unbeständigen wlan-Empfang im Zimmer

The hotel is very quiet and the bed was super comfortable, but paying 25€ a day for outdoor parking seems unreasonable.

The parking costs 24€ per night, which feels excessive.
