The location was good, but the staff behaviour was extremely bad and there was no water in the room for the entire night.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but having different WiFi connections at the hotel was a bit of a hassle.

The room was cleaned, but breakfast didn't include slippers, a shaving kit, an iron, or a heater; I had to ask for them. I tried to contact you to clarify breakfast, but didn't get a response. It was not a good experience I had.
