They claim nothing when you book, but upon arrival the reception says there are no rooms available and that they’ll send you a confirmation email.
The location, room size, and staff were all good. Nothing else.
“Too expensive for the service it delivers”
The room was spacious, but there was no variety in the food and the restaurants only opened at 8 am.
It’s well located and the rooms are large, but the property feels dated and needs proper maintenance; more staff would also help.
I won’t book any hotel from your reference and will warn others about your approach.
