The Wi‑Fi was solid and the staff—especially the lady and her son—were friendly. But the room was a mess: a dead cockroach on the floor, a hard bed with stained sheets, no toilet paper, and I never even got to check out the shower. I ended up moving to another hotel, and the lady warned that walking to the bus terminal early in the morning was risky.
