The staff were incredibly kind and always smiled, making my stay very pleasant. I was able to borrow an iron during my trip, which was a huge help. They gladly accommodated every small request, and I’m grateful for that. I definitely want to stay again. Thank you!

Very close to the best sights in Vienna. Nothing else.

The transport was convenient. Some of the décor, like the shower cabin material, was poor.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. The hotel isn’t in the very center of Vienna, but it’s very close—within walking distance. The neighborhood is charming, beautiful, and very calm, with some very nice cafés and restaurants nearby. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again. The pillows were a bit old and uncomfortable, otherwise everything was perfect.
