The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were respectful. There was a lack of attention to the building entrance.

An excellent experience from start to finish! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a balcony offering an impressive direct view of the pyramids. The varied and delicious breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The location couldn’t be better. Everything is immaculate and well maintained. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I also did an excursion with them: very well organized, punctual, and fun, letting me learn more about history and culture. Undoubtedly, a place that combines comfort, great location, and excellent service. I recommend it 100%.
