The hotel is very pretty, modern, elegant, and tastefully decorated. The facilities look recent and everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff were decent and we didn’t run into any particular issues on that front. The establishment offers a chic, polished atmosphere that gives a very good first impression. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, I have a solid benchmark, and unfortunately my experience here left me somewhat disappointed. I chose this hotel despite its higher price compared to other local options, mainly because its listing highlighted the breakfast and showed a nice pool in the top photos. Several traveler comments mentioned enjoying that pool. Only upon arrival did I learn that the pool was out of service. I also discovered that lunch was not included in the rate. I admit I could have double‑checked this information, but these two facts had already influenced my decision. If I had known the pool would be inaccessible and that lunch would cost extra, I would not have booked this hotel at that price. In short, my disappointment is less about the quality of the hotel and more about the value for money. For almost $500 for two nights, I expected a more complete experience. The gap between the hotel’s advertised appeal and the services we actually received significantly lowered our satisfaction.

The place was spotless and the front‑desk team was fantastic. I booked a room with two queen beds but ended up with one queen and one pull‑out bed; the queen mattress was springy and needed replacement, and the pull‑out was uneven and uncomfortable. Breakfast was healthy‑looking, but there was no plant‑based milk for coffee—only cow milk—and the fruit salad felt like canned Del Monde, not homemade. There was only one regular toaster, so if you’re a big group, plan extra time for breakfast.

The room’s bed comfort was great. The ambient air in the pool area was far too hot, so parents had to leave the corridor because it was intense. There was also a chlorine smell. The vending machine wouldn’t accept any of my different bills.

A really nice spot, modern with huge windows and curtains, clean and spacious shower. The staff were polite and professional, and the room price was good for what it offered. We could hear what was happening in the hallway from our room, so the soundproofing was insufficient. It was nice to have the A/C, but it made a clicking noise occasionally.
